FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
January 18, 2018 – Toronto, ON – FleishmanHillard Canada (FH) and High Road have completed their merger, announced back in September. Now operating as FleishmanHillard HighRoad (FHR), the combined agency brings together FH’s respected public affairs and reputation management experience with High Road’s award-winning brand marketing and digital expertise.
As sister agencies under the Omnicom banner, there was already a long history of successful collaboration between the two agencies. Now as one powerhouse agency, FHR has effectively doubled its bench strength, with offices in Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Los Angeles.
Positive Reception
“Given FleishmanHillard HighRoad’s pedigree and our history of cooperation, the reception from current and prospective clients has been overwhelmingly positive,” said FHR President Angela Carmichael. “Since announcing our merger, we’ve already celebrated significant wins, including mandates from two major healthcare brands.”
Answering Client Needs
In a world where communications disciplines take so many different forms, clients are looking for more opportunities to work with the agencies they trust—and agencies need the flexibility and skill sets to meet their needs.
“Our clients don’t want silos, they want turnkey solutions,” said Katherine Fletcher, FHR Chief Operating Officer. “By merging our team of subject matter experts, we’re amplifying our strongest attributes: flexible and talented consultants, creative and strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver at any scale.”
Complete Communications Offering
FHR offers a range of integrated services that create meaningful connections between ideas, people and actions. These services include strategy, brand marketing, reputation management, public affairs, digital and social, media relations and crisis management, as well as creative and experiential capabilities.
In addition, FHR offers deep sector experience across Healthcare, Financial Services, Technology, Government, Consumer Products, Energy and Utilities, Food and Beverage, and Mining and Forestry, among others.
Experienced Leadership Team
FHR is guided by Carmichael and Fletcher, both with over twenty years’ industry experience. Joining them on the FHR senior leadership team are office general managers Mark Reder (Vancouver), Gordon Taylor Lee (Ottawa) and Nathalie Bergeron (Montreal). Practice leads include Patrick Gladney, Chief Strategy Officer; John Capobianco, Senior Partner, National Public Affairs; Jennifer Atkinson, Partner, Corporate Reputation; Adrienne Connell, Partner, Brand Marketing and Neil Johnson, Partner, Creative Strategy.
